January	1	Zoo Closed	New Year's Day
February	4 11 18 25	Docent Training	6 Thurdays starting February 4 to March 11 9:00a - 12:00p
March	4 11	Docent Training	See Docent page for more details. On the 11th there will be a potluck lunch for all participants.
	13	Jean Curtis Day	Join us in celebrating Jean Curtis and all that she did for our community and the Pana'ewa Zoo.
April
May	16	9th Annual Plant Exposition & Sale 9 to 2	Vendors sell many kinds of plants- herbs, daylilies, vireya, orchids, trees, bamboo, palms, native, and water garden plants. The Palm Society gives away free palm seeds, and leads an 11AM tour of palms at the Zoo. Food, drinks, and shave ice will also be sold.
June
July	31	Family Fun Day	A Summer Family Fun Day with Hot Dogs, Shave Ice & more food, Games, Crafts, Entertainment, and Petting Zoo 1:30 – 2:30, Tiger Feeding 3:30pm.
August
September	11	Annual Membership Meeting and Elections	Members, join us for the annual Membership Meeting.
October	2	Namaste's 12th Birthday Party / County Band Concert 9 to 4	County Band Concert, and more musical entertainment, Terry the Tiger, keiki games and crafts, face painting, plus food booths and shave ice.	See Enrichment page for more birthday photos
	31	ZooBoo	Zoo Sponsored Halloween Event 10-2
November
December	4	Christmas presents for the Animals		Christmas at the Zoo is fun for all the animals who receive special treats and presents starting at 9AM at the Primadome. See Enrichment page for previous year's photos.
